Good day. I found your blog by typing “what does energy look like” into google. As a young child (im now 28), until about the age of 10, I would watch what I now guess to be energy, floating above and all around me as I waited for sleep to take me. They were clouds of tiiiiiiiiiiiiny little vibrating circles very very close together, but without a border to encase them ie. like clouds. they have shape, but no border keeping them together and can change shape and seperate and join up together (according to colour) and when they wafted into ‘clouds’ of other colours they would ‘bend’/'change shape’ to accomodate each other’s movements, but never integrate (I’m trying my best to describe)….I remember some groups of energy being purple/red, green, golden/yellow, orange and deep blue…that’s the only colours I can remember. Perhaps white too… I used to be so happy when they would come float around and above me at night because it felt like they were my friends, but of course under no obligation to appear or entertain. Just be. I remember smiling as I watched them and even talking to them and almost even controlling their movements. It was a little game for me
It was either that or watching the trucks wind around the mountains across the river from my house…counting sheep didn’t do it for me 
Anywyas, so I am just itching to know if I am correct in assuming that is energy, or not? I have always been fascinated by the substance of life. Thank you. I truly hope to hear from you on this matter…excuse the slight pun *-*
Yes Shoman, I believe you are seeing energy. I see energy in colors too, mostly when I close my eyes or during meditation. Meditation is a wonderful way to experience all energy.
